Thoughts about the ECTC (INCTL) or Taekwondo in general:

I started Taekwondo because I was excited about sparring and sport Taekwondo in general. As I go further into Taekwondo, I am really appreciating Taekwondo as a martial art. Doing Taekwondo is something that I think balances my mind and body so I can perform in other aspects of my life.
