Thoughts on the ECTC or Taekwondo in General:
I started training Taekwondo 17 years ago when i was 5 and have been to
many local and national tournaments in that time. I transferred to SUNY
Albany in the Fall of 2007 with no knowledge of the Taekwondo club here
or the ECTC in general but now only a year later both have become important
parts of my personal life and my Taekwondo career. The team aspect of
competition the ECTC incorporates into the tournaments was something completely
new to me and I really enjoy it. The friendships I've formed with my teammates
here at Albany and others throughout the league have just increased my
love for the art and sport. In the one year I've been in the league I've
watched it grow greatly and i look forward to watching it continue to
grow even after I'm done competing.
